Ministry Coaching powered by Building Champions was founded in 2000 to provide pastors and ministry leaders with professional coaching designed to help them live and lead with greater purpose.

Our goal is to help ministry leaders and pastors improve their well-being, lead high-performing teams, and develop the people serving in their ministry.

We work closely with the National Christian Foundation to assist clients in paying for the professional coaching we provide. Ask about our payment options and scholarship information when you talk to us.
