During his 24 years in commercial Christian radio, Dennis served as General Manager of three major market stations before becoming Vice President of National Programming for Salem Communications. Dennis is one of only two individuals to have been named twice Broadcast Station Manager of the Year by the National Religious Broadcasters.

In 1995 Dennis joined John Maxwell and The INJOY Group as Director of Marketing and then was asked to become the International Director of Partners in Prayer, fulfilling a life time goal of John Maxwell to raise up over one million prayer partners for pastors. In January 2001, Dennis was named President of The Duncan Group. In April 2006 Dennis returned to his passion of working with Christian based not-for-profit organizations working first with Crown Financial Ministries and now as Director of Investor Relations for Ministry Coaching International.

Dennis and his wife, Gayle, life in Duluth, GA, and are active members of North Point Community Church.
