Born and raised in the outskirts of New York City, Carol then moved to Florida where she spent twelve years - seven of which were working for a church in every possible role except Pastor.

After much prayer and consideration, Carol, her husband Michael, and their two teenaged children moved to Bend Oregon settling next to the Deschutes river. The family enjoys hiking, running or swimming on warm days.

Carol and her husband are small group leaders and Carol serves as  an intercessor in their church. Carol says, "working for Ministry Coaching International is a God thing". After seeing the company sign, she looked up the ministry online and sent an inquiry about work. Several interviews later Carol was hired.

Carol loves doing Kingdom work at Ministry Coaching International. She knows that God led their family to Bend, Oregon for such a time as this. Carol looks forward with expectancy and great joy as to what God has in store for her family.
