WHERE WE COME FROM Born in 1999 from the business coaching company Building Champions Inc. Ministry Coaching International sharpens Christian leaders in their personal life, spiritual disciplines, and leadership skills to increase ministry effectiveness. Our team of coaches live throughout the United States. Our home is the Pacific Northwest, where sports and the outdoors reign supreme. Most of our coach training is conducted in Bend, Oregon. We always make time to hike, mountain bike, ski, and adventure race, surrounded by the spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains. Our coaches have succeeded as leaders of church and non-profit organizations. Our core values are modeled after Colossians 1:28-29; we are rooted in Christ, admonishing and teaching with wisdom together, strengthened by God's power.
