Dr. Wayde Goodall serves as a missionary that teaches in numerous locations world-wide.  He is based in Colorado Springs.  Wayde previously served as President of Mission of Mercy and as Senior Pastor in North Carolina and Washington.  As a pastor, of a congregation of several thousand, he was awarded the 2005 Church Health Award from Purpose Driven Church.  He is the founding pastor of Vienna Christian Center in Vienna, Austria. 

Among his goals in coaching is to enable leaders to become all that God has created them to be.  Also, his passion for spiritual maturity (the process of growing as a disciple of Christ) and finding ways to help those without Christ discover how easily God can be known are continuous thoughts of Wayde as he works with people. 

Dr. Goodall has written and co-authored 13 books, including Why Great Men Fall, Conflict Management for Church Leaders, Marriage and Family, By My Spirit, The Fruit of the Spirit, The Blessing, The Battle and Back to the Word.  Many of his books have been translated into over 10 languages.  He created the Enrichment Journal and was awarded first place for clergy magazines in 1997 and 2000 from the Evangelical Press Association.  He is also certified as a congregational coach.

Wayde’s wife, Rosalyn is also a partner in ministry.  She is a professional editor, teacher (both elementary and college level) and is a sought out speaker both inside and outside the church community.  She holds a Master of Arts in Education from Southwest Missouri State University.  Wayde and Rosalyn are the parents to two children: Jeremy and Kristin.
