Coaching                                                                      THE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SYSTEM® The One-on-One Coaching System® is an ongoing personal relationship. Your coach is dedicated to helping you succeed. Together, you and your coach will create a plan to manage your ministry and life with laser focus and purpose. And as you grow, you will help others on your leadership team to grow along with you. The One-on-One Coaching System® uses curriculum designed specifically for you. Your coach will address your challenges and opportunities, and create an experience that allows for the most personal and professional growth. Click to hear about coaching THE CORE4® The Core4® are the primary coaching tools of the One-on-One Coaching System®.  They include, Life Plan, Vision Plan, Ministry Plan and Priority Management.  These tools address four critical areas in a ministry leaders life.  Life Plan will focus and grow your personal life.  You will experience significant growth in key areas including; faith, family, finances, friendships, health, recreation and personal development.  Vision Plan will clarify the purpose, strategy and future of the organization you lead.  Ministry Plan examines the current situation of your ministry and formulates a team led plan to move forward.  This plan will also help you manage the action steps that will ultimately lead to a successful year.  Priority Management will assist you in focusing on top priorities and payback activities each day to maximize your growth opportunities.        HOW THE COACHING SYSTEM IS DELIVERED Your coaching experience begins with a two hour telephone coaching session where you get to know your coach, review your assessments, and talk about the journey ahead. From there, coaching sessions take place every two weeks for 12 months. Each meeting lasts 30 minutes, during which you share completed action plans, receive insight, and establish future steps for personal growth.
